The painting process is a liquid process with a base in solvent or water, and which uses products for high temperatures up to 500 degrees. The crude product is transferred to the area where the installation operates automatically working in a continuous cycle. The metal products in the plant undergo appropriate cleaning before moving on to painting with electrostatic guns in low or high pressure. Finally, the cycle is completed in the plant in an oven with baking up to approximately 220 °.
The painting oven is able to work on parts with a maximum size of 1400x2000x1800 mm
